How long does it take?
Your free preview appears in about 60 seconds. Digital portraits land in your inbox within 5 minutes of checkout. Canvas and framed prints are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Do I have to pay to see my portrait?
No. Upload a photo, see your watercolour portrait, and only then decide whether you want it - and in which format. No card details needed for the preview.
Will it actually look like my pet?
That's the whole point. Coat pattern, markings, eye colour, ear and muzzle shape, and that specific expression are all carried across from your photo. The style is painterly; the pet is unmistakably yours.
Can you do more than one pet in a portrait?
Your portrait can feature multiple pets, but quality can vary. Just generate until you're happy with the preview result.
Do you do cats, rabbits, horses, birds?
Yes. Anything with a face we can paint. Dogs and cats are our most common, but we've done plenty else.
What makes a good photo?
Good natural light, your pet facing the camera, eyes clearly visible, and the face filling a decent portion of the frame. A phone photo is perfectly fine - no studio needed.
What's the difference between the three formats?
Digital — a high-resolution file emailed to you within 5 minutes. Print it yourself, anywhere, any size.
